IP owner says dev "is wrong" to think it can use Fallout assets for its MMO. While Interplay said earlier this week that a licensing agreement with Bethesda entitles it to use numerous aspects of the Fallout brand for its upcoming MMO, a Tuesday court filing by the IP owner claims the developer is mistaken.
